How to install Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition 7.x on Windows XP

Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition 7.x is designed for Windows 9x & Windows NT or 2000.  if you try to setup it on Windows XP,  it will be failed because of uncompatible version problem. The detail of error :  " driver of symevent.sys  is uncompatible with current system" .

To resolve this problem, you can go to http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/files/symevnt/symevnt.html, download the newest sevinst.exe (599,304 bytes) and replace the original sevinst.exe file under your setup_folder/SEVINST directory. After that, reexecute setup.exe, everthing will be ok.
